 Celebrating Migration - Past and Present On Friday June 23rd, there is a Refugee Week event at: Quaker Meeting House 109 Handside Lane Welwyn Garden City AL8 6SP 7pm for 7.30 start The event is a celebration of the contribution refugees make and have made to their host countries. Speakers include Dzemal Paratusic who fled from Bosnia 25 years ago and Maurice Abd, a Syrian national now working in Welwyn. There will also be poetry, music and time for questions and discussion.
