HWSF ESOL Training Session

Getting to know your learner, building on their skills and exploiting resources. 

Tuesday 20th March
7.15 pm for 7.30 pm until 9.15pm

• ​Watch a video on initial assessment, and see how you can use and build on this with your learner.
• Recap on 'Language Experience' approach. Bring along anything you've done using this approach. 
• Bring along resources you would like to share or are not sure about how to use. 
• Meet the new ESOL/Language Support Coordinator, Caroline Herring. Discuss local meetings with her and tell her what support you would like.
